Responsibool simply means to “Bool” responsibly. Booling is hanging out and goofing off with your friends. An example of being Responsibool would be crushing some beers and getting a ride home. Eating some Cheeseburgers by the pool and waiting the full 30 minutes before jumping in, that's responsibool. Passing on the Mozzarella Sticks because you forgot your lactaid pill and it's a 45 minute car ride home, that's Responsibool.
